Terms of service

These terms are the agreement between you and MotionLoved when you use this website, create an account, subscribe to a plan, download our Originals or use the MotionLoved Kit. By using the site you accept them. Please also read our Privacy policy and Refunds and cancellation.

1. Who we are

MotionLoved is run by [your full name or company name], [address], [country]. You can reach us at motionloveheadquarters@gmail.com.

2. Your account

• You sign in with your Google account. Your first sign-in creates a free MotionLoved account.
• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
• An account is for one person. Keep your Google account secure; you're responsible for what happens under your account.
• You can delete your account at any time from your account page. If you have a paid plan, cancel it first.

3. Plans and payments

• Free lets you download one of our Originals a day. Plus and Pro let you download more each day and include the MotionLoved Kit. The current prices and daily downloads are on the Pricing page. Any taxes are shown at checkout.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Plans are paid in advance, monthly or yearly, and renew automatically until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time from your account (Manage plan). Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.
• If a renewal payment fails, Stripe tries again for a while. If it keeps failing, your plan ends and your account returns to Free.
• We may change prices. If we do, we'll email subscribers at least 30 days before the new price applies to them, and you can cancel before it does.

4. Downloads

• Daily download limits count per day in UTC time. Downloading something you've already downloaded doesn't count again.
• Don't share your account, resell access or download automatically (with scripts or bots).

5. What you can do with our Originals

Our Originals are made by MotionLoved and stay ours. When you download one, you may use it in your own personal and commercial projects, for example in a video, a presentation or a social media post. You may not resell or redistribute the files on their own, add them to a stock, template or asset library, or present them as your own work.

6. The MotionLoved Kit

• The kit (the MotionLoved Director skill, its guides and tools, the prompts, the installers and the studio files) is licensed to you, not sold. Use it to make videos for yourself and for clients.
• Don't share, resell, upload or publish the kit files or substantial parts of them.
• You can keep using the version of the kit you downloaded while your plan was active. New versions are available to active Plus and Pro members.
• The installer sets up third-party software from its official sources (for example HyperFrames, Node.js and FFmpeg). That software comes under its own licences. Services the kit can use, such as Claude and ElevenLabs, are separate and may have their own costs and terms.
• The kit runs on your computer. Keep backups of your work.

7. The gallery

Apart from our Originals, the videos in the gallery belong to their creators. We show short, silent excerpts as references to study, each with a link to the creator's original post. They are not ours to license: don't download or reuse them. Creators who want their work corrected or removed can email us and we'll act quickly.

8. Using the site fairly

Don't use the site for anything illegal, try to break its security, get around download limits, or copy the site or its content in bulk.

9. Availability and changes

We work to keep MotionLoved running and up to date, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may add, change or remove features; if a change materially reduces what a paid plan includes, we'll tell subscribers in advance.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, including your rights as a consumer. Otherwise, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we aren't liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost data.

11. Ending

You can stop using MotionLoved and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms; where we can, we'll tell you first and explain why.

12. Law

These terms are governed by the law of [country]. If you're a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in your local courts.

13. Changes to these terms

We'll post any changes on this page. For material changes, we'll email subscribers at least 30 days before they apply.
