Refunds and cancellation

Cancel any time
Go to your account, choose Manage plan, then Cancel. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again. After that your account returns to Free; your account and download history stay.
Refunds
Plans are paid in advance. When you cancel, we don't refund the rest of the current period, except where the law gives you a right to a refund (below). If you were charged by mistake, charged twice, or couldn't download the kit, email us and we'll put it right.
Your right to withdraw (14 days)
If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you can withdraw from a new subscription within 14 days of buying it, without giving a reason. Email motionloveheadquarters@gmail.com within those 14 days and say you want to withdraw. We'll refund you within 14 days, by the same payment method, minus a proportional amount for the days your plan was active.
The kit and our Originals are digital content delivered as soon as you download them. If you agreed at checkout that delivery starts straight away and that you lose the right to withdraw once you download, then downloading the kit or an Original during those 14 days ends your right to withdraw.
